Swedish Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12-15 lbs. hamburg
4 cups finely chopped onion
4 cups finely chopped celery
6 cups cracker crumbs
1 doz. eggs
3 Tbsp. salt
1 Tbsp. pepper
1/4 cup parsley
1 gal. cream of mushroom soup
Preparation

Mix well and make into small balls. Brown meatballs on all sides. Place in roaster and add about 1 gal. of cream of mushroom soup. Place in oven and heat until bubbly.
