Hot Swiss Mocha - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. powdered nondairy creamer
    1/3 c. granulated sugar
    1/4 c. instant coffee
    2 Tbsp. powdered baking cocoa
Preparation
    Put all ingredients into blender container.
    Cover and process at liquefy until well blended.
    Use one level tablespoon of mix with six ounces boiling water for each cup; stir well.
    Garnish with a dollop of whipped cream.
    Yields 16 (6 ounce) servings. Great for cold weather and coffee drinkers.
