German Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs, separated
    1/4 c. flour
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1/4 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Separate eggs.
    Beat yolks and add flour, butter and salt; mix well.
    Beat egg whites stiff and fold into egg mixture.
    Cook batter 1/8 at a time in butter in a large skillet.
    When edges curl, turn and brown on the other side.
    Spread with applesauce, jelly or other fruit sauce.
    May also roll up and serve with sugar and butter.
