Oatmeal Scotchies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. butter
    3/4 c. packed brown sugar
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. oats
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    In small bowl, combine flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon; set aside.
    In large bowl, combine butter, sugar, brown sugar, eggs and vanilla.
    Beat until creamy. Gradually add flour mixture.
    Stir in oats and butterscotch chips. Drop by tablespoon onto ungreased cookie sheet.
    Bake for 7 to 8 minutes for chewy cookies or 9 to 10 minutes for crisp cookies. Makes about 4 dozen.
