Poppy Seed Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. chicken breasts
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 c. cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
1 Tbsp. poppy seed
1 stick melted margarine
Preparation

Cook chicken.
When cold, remove from bones.
Put chicken in flat baking dish.
Mix sour cream and chicken soup; pour over chicken.
Melt margarine; mix with Ritz crumbs and poppy seed. Sprinkle over top.
Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0, uncovered.
