Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 beaten egg
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1 c. sifted flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine ingredients.
    Roll thin on board.
    Let stand 20 minutes.
    Roll up loosely; spread out, let dry.
    Cut in strips and slice thin noodles.
    Serves 4.
