Do Ahead Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium potatoes, baked and shredded
    1 c. sour cream
    4 green onions, sliced
    1 1/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    paprika
Preparation
    Combine potatoes, sour cream, onions, 3/4 cup cheese, salt and pepper.
    Turn mixture into a buttered 2-quart casserole dish. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and paprika.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes.
