Basic Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (9-inch) pie shell, partially baked
3 eggs
1 c. half and half
1 c. filling (meat or vegetables)
1 c. cheese
1 tsp. seasonings
Preparation

Sprinkle half of the cheese in the pie shell.
Top cheese with other fillings.
Beat together eggs, half and half and seasonings. Pour over filling and top with remaining cheese.
Bake in a 375\u00b0 oven for 30 to 35 minutes.
