Never Fail Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    1 3/4 c. shortening
    1/2 c. cold water
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 large egg
Preparation
    Mix flour, sugar, salt and shortening.
    Beat water, egg and vinegar, mixing well.
    Add to flour mixture.
    Refrigerate 1/2 hour.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 12 minutes.
    Makes 5 (9-inch) crusts.
