Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ham, sausage, bacon, etc.
    1 doz. eggs
    1 c. milk
    1 loaf white bread, crusts cut off
    1 lb. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Line bottom of greased pan with bread slices.
    Whip eggs and milk.
    Place meat over bread.
    Pour egg mixture over top.
    Place shredded cheese on top. Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Twenty minutes before done, make white sauce.
    Melt 1/2 cup butter in saucepan over medium heat. Add enough flour to make paste.
    Add 4 cups milk slowly, stirring constantly. Cook until thick. Add 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese.
    Stir until melted.
    Pour sauce over casserole when serving.
