Banana-Pineapple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. oil
18 oz. can crushed pineapple with syrup
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
3 eggs
2 c. bananas, diced
Preparation

In a large mixing bowl, sift together the dry ingredients. Add the remaining ingredients and mix until blended.
Do not beat. Pour into a greased round tube pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
Cake will crack a little on top.
Place the pan on a rack to cool.
