No-Fat "Fried" Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breast halves
    3/4 c. buttermilk
    3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
    1/2 tsp. rosemary
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. onion powder
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Cover baking sheet with foil and lightly coat with nonstick cooking spray.
    Combine all ingredients except chicken and buttermilk.
    Skin, bone and pat dry the chicken.
    Dip chicken in buttermilk.
    Then roll in dry mixture and place on baking sheet. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 35 minutes until golden brown.
    Makes 4 servings.
