Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
4 eggs
3 c. grated carrots (use food grinder)
Preparation

Sift dry ingredients;
add grated carrots and mix well. Bake in 2 round (9-inch) cake pans at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
