Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    3/4 c. oil
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    8 oz. can crushed pineapple
    3 eggs
    3/4 c. buttermilk
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 c. grated carrots
    2 c. chopped walnuts
    1 c. shredded coconut
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except carrots, walnuts, coconut and pineapple for 3 to 4 minutes.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 in greased pan for 55 to 60 minutes.
    (This is a large cake.)
