Southern Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. margarine or butter
1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. corn syrup, white or dark
2 Tbsp. honey
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. pecans
Preparation

Use a 9-inch pie shell.
You can prepare your own favorite pie crust or purchase prepared crusts, your choice.
Cream butter or oleo until soft.
Add sugar gradually, continuing to cream until light and fluffy.
Slowly stir in corn syrup, honey, eggs, vanilla and 1 cup pecans.
