Acorn Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 acorn squash, cut in half
    1 Tbsp. margarine, melted
    1/8 c. white wine
    1 c. fresh or canned mushrooms
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Cut acorn squash in half, leaving seeds in place.
    Place in microwave, cut side down, punching the skin in several places and cook on High 4 to 5 minutes.
    Take seeds out.
    Put the melted margarine mixed with the white wine into each half.
    Sprinkle each half with 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon.
    (Optional:
    Fill cavity with the mushrooms after the added cinnamon.)
    Cover and cook about 4 to 5 minutes on High.
    Let stand for 2 minutes.
    Serve.
