Corn Light Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. plain meal
    2 c. buttermilk
    1 c. plain flour
    1 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well.
    Pour into greased loaf pan; bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour or until brown on top.
