Bean Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 oz.) can kidney beans, rinsed
    1 (15 oz.) can white Northern beans, rinsed
    1 large tomato, cut into small pieces
    1 small onion, cut into small pieces
    1 c. finely chopped fresh parsley
    1 whole lemon
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
Preparation
    In large bowl, gently mix together kidney beans, Northern beans, tomato, onion and parsley.
    Squeeze lemon juice over the mixture.
    Add olive oil and gently toss bean mixture.
    Makes 6 servings.
