Curried Cauliflower - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cauliflower
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup
    1/3 c. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. curry powder
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/4 c. unseasoned bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Separate cauliflower into flowerets.
    Cook in small amount of boiling salted water for 10 minutes; drain well.
    In a greased 2-quart dish, combine soup, mayonnaise, curry powder and cheese. Add cauliflower and blend.
    Toss bread crumbs with melted oleo and sprinkle on top.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Serves 4 to 6.
