Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    2 egg whites
    1 1/2 c. skim milk
    2 Tbsp. honey
    1 tsp. vanilla
    4 slices raisin bread, cubed (3 c.)
    nonstick spray coating
Preparation
    Spray an 8-inch round baking dish with nonstick spray coating. In a large mixing bowl beat eggs and egg whites until foamy. Beat in milk, honey and vanilla.
    Stir in bread cubes.
    Pour into the prepared baking dish.
    Bake in a 325\u00b0 oven for 35 to 40 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean. To serve, spoon warm pudding into dessert dishes.
