Easy Kolacky - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. (3 sticks) margarine (do not use butter)
    3 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    3 c. flour
    powdered sugar
    1 jar apricot preserves
Preparation
    Cream margarine and cream cheese thoroughly.
    Blend in flour and mix well.
    Roll into about 8 balls.
    Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 4 hours.
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Lightly grease baking sheets.
    Liberally sprinkle working surface with powdered sugar.
    Place 1 ball of dough at a time (keep remainder refrigerated) on sugar and roll into a large square.
    Cut dough into squares 3 inches each or whatever size you wish.
