Frozen Fruit Slush - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. water
    14 oz. frozen orange juice
    12 oz. frozen strawberries
    1 large can pineapple juice
    5 mashed bananas
    1 large can mandarin oranges
    1 bottle maraschino cherries
    1 can pineapple tidbits
Preparation
    Cook the first 2 ingredients until sugar dissolves.
    Set aside and cool.
    Add the remaining ingredients.
    Chill 4 hours, then freeze. (When you want some, just take out of freezer and let thaw enough to cut.
    Put back in freezer.) This is a great dessert for low-fat dieters if the maraschino cherries are omitted.
