Pineapple-Pecan Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. broken pecans
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    1/4 c. chopped sweet red pepper
    2 Tbsp. chopped green onion
    1 tsp. seasoned salt
    crackers and/or bite size fresh vegetable pieces
Preparation
    Toast nuts in shallow baking pan 7 to 10 minutes at 350\u00b0. Cool.
    Coarsely chop 1 cup toasted nuts; set aside.
    Chop remaining nuts until ground.
