Appetizer Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. soy sauce
3/4 c. water
2 small cloves garlic, mashed
2 tsp. ground ginger
3 lb. ground chuck or round
Preparation

Combine first four ingredients, mix until blended.
Add meat and blend lightly but thoroughly.
Form meatballs, about 1-inch diameter.
Arrange in a single layer in large baking pan.
Put into slow oven (275\u00b0) and bake, uncovered, about 15 minutes.
Turn once during baking.
If you don't have chafing dish or heated pan to serve, turn to lowest setting and keep warm while serving others.
Serve with toothpicks.
Makes about 175 appetizers.
