Greek-Style Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 7 white baking potatoes, peeled and quartered
    1/2 green pepper, cut in large pieces
    1 medium onion, cut in large pieces
    4 Tbsp. water
    1 large clove garlic, minced
    1 stick butter, cut in pieces
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 tsp. crushed dried rosemary
    1/2 tsp. paprika (optional)
Preparation
    Arrange all the ingredients in a 9 x 13-inch pan and sprinkle with salt, pepper, rosemary and paprika.
    Put in oven and stir vegetables as soon as the butter melts.
    Stir and baste occasionally as potatoes bake. Bake 1 hour until potatoes are cooked through and golden brown at 375\u00b0.
    Serves 6.
