Carrot Cake Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg. Duncan Hines carrot cake mix
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. Crisco oil
3 eggs
1/2 c. finely chopped nuts
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple (undrained)

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Blend all ingredients in large bowl; beat at medium speed for 2 minutes.
Spread batter in a greased and floured 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes until cake tests done with a toothpick.
Frost when fully cooked with Cream Cheese Frosting.
