Bread Sticks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. warm water
    1 pkg. yeast
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. oil
    3 c. flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in water.
    Add sugar, salt and oil.
    Slowly add flour.
    Mix well until smooth.
    Cover.
    Let rise until double. Roll into pencil-like strips.
    Place 1/4-inch apart on ungreased baking sheets.
    Let rise.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes until browned.
    Brush with oil and sprinkle lightly with garlic salt.
