Basic Pizza Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    2/3 c. warm water
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 to 1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
    flour (extra for kneading)
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Let stand until bubbly.
    Stir in oil, salt and 1 1/2 cups flour.
    Form into a ball and knead on lightly floured surface for 5 minutes, adding flour as necessary to make soft, sticky dough.
    Place in lightly oiled bowl.
    Cover and let rise in a warm place until three times in bulk (3 to 4 hours).
    Punch dough down.
    Roll out on floured surface to a 12-inch circle.
