Cherry Pie Filling - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. clear jell
    1/2 to 1 c. sugar
    40 lb. can cherries
Preparation
    This is for a
    40
    pound
    can
    of
    frozen cherries with sugar. Add approximately 4 quarts of water, less can be used. Bring this to a boil.
    Mix
    clear
    jell
    with sugar and enough water to make a paste.
    Add
    to
    cherries.
    Let boil 1 minute. Process in hot water bath for 20 minutes.
