Ingredients

1 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. soda
1/8 tsp. salt
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 c. confectioners sugar
1/4 c. butter, melted
2/3 c. milk
Preparation

Preheat griddle to 350\u00b0.
Mix flour, baking powder, soda and salt.
Combine egg, sugar, butter and milk; add all at once to flour mixture.
Stir just to blend; batter should be slightly lumpy.
Bake on preheated griddle for 1 to 2 minutes per side. For thinner pancake, a little more milk can be added.
