Walk-Away Taco - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 onion, diced
    1 clove garlic
    salt and pepper to taste
    salsa (hot to mild)
    1 large can refried beans
    Cheddar cheese
    sour cream
    sliced black and green olives
    avocado
    tortilla chips
Preparation
    Saute first 4 ingredients together and drain.
    Add salsa.
    Heat beans and add.
    Add salsa.
    Place on bottom of dish or tray.
    Add ground beef on top of beans; grate Cheddar cheese and put in oven to melt.
    Spiral sour cream and more salsa on top.
    Add olives and avocado to decorate.
    Serve with tortilla chips.
