Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. round steak
    1 can golden mushroom soup
    1 pkg. onion soup mix (dry)
    1 can mushrooms, drained
    1 c. red Burgundy wine
Preparation
    Cut round steak into thin strips and place on bottom of roasting pan.
    Sprinkle onion soup mix on top, then mushrooms and mushroom soup, then pour red wine on top.
    Cook at 300\u00b0 for 2 1/2 to 3 hours in covered roasting pan.
    Stir every 1/2 hour.
    Serve with rice or noodles with sour cream on the side to add to individual taste.
