Company Chicken Cutlets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. chicken cutlets
    2 beaten eggs
    flavored bread crumbs
    oil for browning
    1 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced thin
    1/2 c. dry white wine
    2 cloves garlic, finely minced
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 oz. butter for sauteing
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 (8 oz.) Mozzarella cheese, thinly sliced
    grated Romano cheese
    1 soup can milk
Preparation
    Dip cutlets in egg and then in bread crumbs.
    Brown in oil and set aside.
    Saute garlic and mushrooms in butter.
    Add wine, salt and pepper.
    Set aside.
    Heat thoroughly cream of mushroom soup and 1 soup can of milk until smooth.
    Set aside.
