Hot Pickled Cauliflower - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium head cauliflower
    3 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
    2 Tbsp. dried pimiento
    2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cook cauliflower in boiling salted water about 10 minutes. Drain.
    While cauliflower cooks, combine remaining ingredients in small saucepan. Cook over low heat 5 minutes.
    Pour over cooked cauliflower.
