Gazpacho - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion
    1 green pepper
    1 cucumber
    3 peeled tomatoes
    2 egg yolks
    1 (5 1/2 oz.) can tomato juice
    1 (6 oz.) can V-8
    1/4 c. wine vinegar
    1/2 scant c. olive oil
    salt
Preparation
    Cut first 4 ingredients in small pieces.
    Put everything in blender and blend for 1/2 minute.
    Serve cold with croutons and chives.
