Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    2 c. chopped pecans
    1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
Preparation
    With a fork, cream the cream cheese.
    Add remaining ingredients, reserving 1 cup pecans.
    Mix well by hand.
    Let the mixture harden in the refrigerator for about 45 minutes.
    Remove and shape into a ball.
    Roll in reserved pecans.
