Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. thinly sliced potatoes
2 medium onions, thinly sliced
1 Tbsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 1/2 c. milk
Preparation

Layer potatoes and onions in a 3-quart glass casserole dish. Sprinkle flour, salt and pepper over potatoes.
Toss to coat evenly.
Dot with butter and pour milk over top.
Cover and microwave 20 to 24 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
Stir once during cooking.
Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
