Chalupas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 4 lb. pork roast
    1 lb. pinto beans
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1 pkg. Williams chili mix
    1 Tbsp. oregano
    1 small jar picante sauce
    2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in Dutch oven or crock-pot.
    Add just enough water to cover beans.
    Cook very slowly all day.
    One to 2 hours before serving, remove meat and shred; return to pot.
    Serve over chips (tortilla) with lettuce, tomatoes, green onion, cheese and sour cream.
