Stella'S Roasted Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 chickens, skinned and quartered
    seasonings
    onion
    wine
    mushrooms
    potatoes
    carrots
Preparation
    Skin and quarter chickens.
    Place in roaster seasoned with Tony's and garlic powder with sliced onion on top in wine 1-inch deep.
    Roast at 350\u00b0.
    After 30 minutes, add Worcestershire, mushrooms, potatoes and carrots.
    Continue cooking for 40 minutes or until done.
