Scalloped Oysters(For 25 People) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 qt. oysters
    1 1/2 qt. cracker crumbs
    1/2 lb. butter or margarine
    3/4 Tbsp. salt
    1/4 Tbsp. paprika
    1/4 Tbsp. pepper
    1 pt. milk or cream
    3/4 pt. oyster liquid or milk
Preparation
    Drain oysters, saving liquid.
    Remove any bits and shells. Mix crumbs, butter and seasonings.
    Spread 1/3 over bottom of one greased baking pan.
    Cover with half of oysters.
    Mix milk or cream and oyster liquid and pour over top of oysters.
    Cover with remaining crumbs; bake.
    One cup finely chopped, partially cooked celery may be added.
