Peanut Butter Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    2/3 c. cocoa
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. oil
    7 eggs, separated
    3/4 c. cold water
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1/4 c. sugar
Preparation
    Combine flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder and salt.
    Make a well in mixture and add oil, egg yolks, water and vanilla.
    Beat with wooden spoon.
    Beat egg whites and cream of tartar until frothy, add 1/4 cup sugar and beat to stiff peaks . Pour batter over egg whites and blend.
    Pour into ungreased tube pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0
    for 1 1/2 hours.
    Cool and frost with Peanut Butter Frosting.
