Jimmy Carter Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1 stick oleo (melted)
    2/3 c. dry roasted peanuts, chopped
    3/4 c. peanut butter
    1 c. confectioners sugar
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 box (small) chocolate instant pudding
    1 box (small) vanilla instant pudding
    2/3 c. milk
    2 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
    1 Hershey bar
Preparation
    First Layer:
    Blend flour and oleo; add nuts and press in 8 x 13-inch greased pan.
    Bake 20 minutes at 350\u00b0 and cool.
