Beef Round-Up - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large round steak, pounded thin (approximately 2 lb.)
    2 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    2 tsp. paprika
    1/4 tsp. garlic
    1/4 lb. mushrooms, sliced
    1 large onion, sliced very thin
    1 large stalk celery, chopped very fine
    1 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
    1/2 c. butter, melted
    1 Tbsp. water
    1 egg, beaten
    1/4 tsp. sage
Preparation
    Pound steak very thin. Combine the salt, pepper, paprika
    and garlic and rub both sides of steak very well.
