Ham And Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. hash brown potatoes
1 small onion
1 1/2 c. chopped fully cooked ham
1 c. Longhorn cheese
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can milk
Preparation

Place half of potatoes in baking dish with chopped onion and half of shredded cheese, half of chopped ham and salt (if desired). Add rest of potatoes, chopped onion, ham and cheese on top. Mix soup and milk and pour over all. Bake 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
