Coke Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 to 6 pork chops
sliced onion
barbecue sauce
Coke

Preparation

Line 9 x 13-inch pan with foil.
In single layer, place 4 to 6 pork chops, 1-inch to 1 1/2-inches thick.
Top each chop with sliced onion and barbecue sauce.
Pour enough Coke around chops to come halfway up around.
Seal foil; bake at 325\u00b0 for approximately 1 hour.
