Everyday Turkey Burgers Lo-Fat! - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground turkey
    1 egg white
    1/4 c. shredded zucchini
    seasoned salt and pepper to taste
    1/4 c. finely chopped fresh mushrooms
Preparation
    Mix all together and shape into patties.
    Pan-fry (with vegetable spray) or grill, like normal hamburgers.
