Roquefort Dressing(From Overrock Inn) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. sour cream
2 c. salad dressing
1 (4 oz.) jar Roka cheese spread
2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. salad oil
1/4 lb. imported Roquefort cheese

Preparation

Combine all ingredients and blend well.
Do not overstir.
