Georgia Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 or 4 large ripe peaches, peeled and sliced (enough to make about 4 c.)
1/2 stick butter or margarine
1 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. milk
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
Preparation

Melt butter in a 9-inch square pan.
Spread peaches evenly in bottom of pan.
Stir together Bisquick, sugar and milk.
Batter will be lumpy and consistency of pancake batter.
Pour batter evenly over peaches.
Lightly sprinkle with 1 teaspoon sugar and cinnamon.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes, or until top is lightly browned.
Serve warm with ice cream or whipped topping.
