Caramel Glazed - Hot Milk Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. skim milk
    1 Tbsp. plus 1 1/2 tsp. margarine
    1 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 1/2 c. sifted cake flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    Caramel Glaze
Preparation
    Combine milk and margarine in a small saucepan; cook over medium heat until margarine melts, stirring occasionally.
    Cool to 120\u00b0.
    Combine sugar and eggs in large bowl; beat at high speed of an electric mixer until light and fluffy.
    Add vanilla, beating well.
    Combine flour, soda and salt.
    Sift flour mixture over egg mixture, beating at low speed.
    Gradually add milk mixture to egg mixture, beating at high speed.
    Spoon batter into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish, that has been coated with cooking spray.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or until cake is golden brown. Immediately spread Caramel Glaze over warm cake.
