Five Minute Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 (5 oz.) can Carnation evaporated milk
    1 2/3 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. miniature marshmallows
    1 1/2 c. chocolate chips (Hershey's is best)
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Combine butter, milk, sugar and salt in saucepan over medium heat.
    Bring to boil.
    Cook 4 to 5 minutes, stirring constantly. (Start timing when mixture starts to bubble around the edges of the pan.)
    Remove from heat.
    Stir in last 4 ingredients.
    Stir hard until marshmallows melt and blend.
    Pour into buttered 8-inch square pan.
    Cool.
    Cut into squares.
    Makes about 2 pounds.
